If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. This policy applies to all products purchased from MEDIDEVICE HEALTHEXPERTS PRIVATE LIMITED.

Cancellation rights

You have the right to cancel an order within 7 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period runs from the date the goods are received (or from the date a third-party appointee takes possession).

To cancel an order, please email info@bookyourmedidevice.com with a clear statement of your decision.

Refunds

We will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, using the same payment method you used for the order, with no additional fees.

Conditions

Goods should be returned in their original condition and packaging wherever possible. Certain hygiene-sensitive items (such as masks and cushions once opened) may not be eligible for return — please contact us before returning any opened product.
